Neuroscience of  Education - What brain is this that came to school?

To make sure that the learning of our students is the desire of all the involved in the process of education, because enabling them to face the challenges of life is not easy ...

Teachers and educators of the new millennium need to build skills, and abilities, but mainly develop awareness about the knowledge of the cognitive, emotional, motor and social brain. They need to know also how the cognitive and emotional learning helps their students on making the best out of this process.

It becomes important to recognize that the brain is the structure of the human body, which is responsible for building the cerebral subject in their biological, psychological, affective, motor, emotional and social dimensions that nowadays can be considered the main actor to understanding the human being.

Neuroscience does not work as a cooking recipe and is not as a tendency of methods that should be applied in the classroom. It promotes a vision that students are different in their biological, affective, emotional, motor and social needs, even if they need special education.

Therefore it is essential that educators listen to their students more often!

The classes are practical and focused on content based on the latest scientific research. The course consists in 20 modules with 10 months long classes, including multimedia content such as video lessons, texts, articles in PDF and live video conferencing (webnar). After 10 months of training, the student has access to all content for 2 more months, completing one year of access to content.
